OUR GOALS
Intercultural sustainable development
Below are our primary goals.

Specific objective 1
Set up a Local Agenda 21 for a sustainable city and take the initiative to decide on the political measures to be adopted and how to implement them.

Specific objective 2
Fight against poverty, urban exclusion, social inequalities, marginalization and segregation in particular of women, young people, indigenous people in access to housing through the establishment of a communal brickyard allowing access to cheap to local building materials through participatory urban planning.

Specific objective 3
Ensure the promotion of inclusive employment and growth through the construction of the first municipal brickyard in sub-Saharan Africa.

Specific objective 4
Make the commune of Douala 1er a smart city in terms of cultural urban development where the operational efficiency of ICTs makes it possible to share information with the public while improving the quality of cultural public services.

Specific objective 5
Ensure cultural urban development through the enhancement of the tangible and intangible ancestral and colonial heritage and constitute the application file to make the historic urban center a potential UNESCO world heritage.
